as you might have already heard, my laptop has decided to get quirky. it seems that the video chip (by nvidia) has caused my mother board to sort of short circuit. i refuse to think about what that might actually mean. are all of my pictures lost? were those hundreds of hours of photo editing in vain? i don't know, and i have way too much going on this month to even take the time to think about it. so... i will be doing most of my posting from my computer at work - at lunch and before/after office hours.

ReplyDeletefavorite slow cooker recipe is taco soup!
ReplyDeleteCrockpot Taco Soup
1 1/2 cans corn (do not drain)
2 cans red beans (do not drain)
2 cans diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 1/2 lb. ground round (I use Laura's Lean)
3 1/2 packages taco season
1 1/2 packages Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Dry
2 small cans tomato sauce
Brown meat and drain well. Throw everything in the crock pot and cook for 4-6 hours. Or more. Really doesn't matter.
I am a traditional girl when it comes to cooking in the crock pot! I love making beef stew with lots of vegetables and a thick creamy gravy! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI've been saying pulled pork sandwiches, but I don't have a recipe for that...so, I'll say cheese dip!
ReplyDelete1 lb browned hamburger (with salt, pepper and minced onion)
1 log Velveeta, cubed
1 can Rotel
Toss in the crock pot and let'er melt! Yummmy :)
